Ingredients

Lemon Fish

  1. Prepare the fish: Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Sear the fish: Add the garlic and cook until golden. Add the fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Add the lemon: Incorporate the lemon juice and zest, along with a splash of white wine and capers.

Mini lemon and yogurt pies

  1. Prepare the base: Crush the cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Press into small molds.
  2. Make the filling: Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  3. Incorporate the gelatin: Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin; add it to the previous mixture.
