Step-by-step preparation

Paso 1. Blend the milk, flour, eggs, spinach, butter, and salt until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Paso 2. Cook the crepes in a non-stick pan, forming thin layers. Set aside.

Paso 3. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Paso 4. Add the chicken, cream, and cream cheese. Mix until combined.

Paso 5. Fill the crepes, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.

Paso 6. Sprinkle Manchego cheese and gratinate in the oven at 180 °C until golden.
