  • 3 tbsp. of sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. of milk
  • 1 tbsp. of broth chicken
  • 2 cans of tuna in water
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 12 round zucchini, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Recipe Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Preparation of the Zucchini

  1. Hollow out the zucchini with a spoon.

  3. Drain the tuna and add it to the previous mixture, cooking for 5 more minutes over low heat.

  1. Gradually, incorporate the cream cheese sauce to the tuna mixture.
  2. Cook until the mixture reduces and has a purée consistency.
  3. Fill the zucchini with this mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed zucchini in an oven-safe dish.

  1. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese over the stuffed zucchini.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
