Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding: creamy and very smooth step-by-step recipe. Ideal for sharing. Serve immediately and adjust spiciness and salt to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 ramita de canela
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (clavel)
  • 1 can of condensed milk (lechera)
  • 1 cup of regular milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup of cranberries or raisins

Instructions

We let it rest, covered, for a few 10 min. And ready.

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil with cinnamon, and the peel of an orange.

Once boiling, add one cup of washed rice and let it cook.

When it's almost cooked and the water hasn't evaporated yet, add one can of condensed milk (lechera), one can of evaporated milk (clavel) and one cup of regular milk, and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

As soon as it boils, add one egg yolk without stopping stirring, and turn off the heat.

At this moment, add dried cranberries (raisins can also be used).
